To add to our list of benign objects reappropriated as parking deterrents, which includes FIRE ZONES, FAKE SIGNS, FIRE HYDRANTS, DUNES, and over-zealous RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMIT PROGRAMS, we can, thanks to Steven Segal and his HOA battle, add BOULDERS.
